This OURDOOR free event is open to the public of all ages.

This market is open to all makers and small shops in various categories, including, but not limited to, jewelry, ceramics, paper goods, art, clothing, food + drink, bath and body, home goods, etc.

What’s happening at the market: live singing performances, free dance sessions, fun interactive workshops, and a cute photo booth.

Theme: Girls’ party, spring, dance, music, workshop

Location: UBC Nest West Plaza

Time: 10 am- 4 pm

Dates: March 5th 2026, September 10th, 17th 2026, October 8th 2026

*NEW* You will receive an email once your application has been accepted. You do not need to pay through this form.

Reminder:

  • You must bring your own booth/table/chair/tent/tablecloth/displays and full setup. We do not have any to borrow/lend out.

  • Vendor fees must be paid upon acceptance, with full payment submitted via E-transfer by the specified deadline. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Vendors must only sell the products outlined in their application unless prior approval is obtained.

  • Shared spaces are allowed, provided both businesses are approved. Each vendor must complete a separate application and indicate the business they plan to share the space with.

  • Vendors agree that the photos they submit or post on social media may be used to promote the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, insurance, and approvals required to sell product and / or provide sampling.

  • All vendors are required to have liability insurance covering the duration of the market including the set up and a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 liability either through your own insurance company or our preferred provider.

  • Vendors are fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage to all of their materials, equipment, and property

  • Vendors are required to remove all garbage, recycling, and packaging from site. Vendors may not leave it at their booth space or near waste stations onsite. Failure to take all garbage with you will result in future applications being denied.
