We are launching a brand-new, built-in indoor market experience in partnership with Tsawwassen Mills, and we are now selecting our Vendors for opening week, starting April 3rd.

This is not a temporary pop-up — TM Wander Market is a long-term curated marketplace created to help small brands, creators, and food vendors grow inside one of the region’s busiest shopping destinations.

Time: Start from April 3rd, every Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 pm~ 6:00pm

Parking: Free Parking

Booth size: Your booth size will be approximately 70~80 sqft modular, built-in market booths. (The final size will be confirmed with vendors before the market. Please email us if you have any special requirements.)

Reminder:

  • A table, chair, and power are provided

  • Vendor fees must be paid upon acceptance, with full payment submitted via E-transfer by the specified deadline. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Vendors must only sell the products outlined in their application unless prior approval is obtained.

  • Shared spaces are not allowed

  • Vendors agree that the photos they submit or post on social media may be used to promote the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, insurance, and approvals required to sell product and/or provide sampling. Tsawwassen Mills will help vendors apply for the Delta business permit.

  • All vendors are required to have liability insurance covering the duration of the market, including the set up and a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 liability either through your own insurance company or our preferred provider.

  • Vendors are fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage to all of their materials, equipment, and property

  • Vendors are required to remove all garbage, recycling, and packaging from the site. Vendors may not leave it at their booth space or near waste stations on-site. Failure to take all garbage with you will result in future applications being denied.
