This indoor holiday event is open to the public of all ages at the region's largest indoor outlet shopping centre.

This market is open to all makers and small shops in various categories, including, but not limited to, jewelry, ceramics, paper goods, art, clothing, food + drink, bath and body, home goods, holiday decor, etc.

What’s happening at the market: Fun interactive workshops, influencer marketing, festive entertainment, and high foot traffic (over 20,000 visitors every weekend!).

Theme: Christmas & Holiday Gift Market

Location: TM Wander (Entrance 3), Tsawwassen Mills (5000 Canoe Pass Way, Delta, BC)

Time: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Dates: November 27 – December 26, 2026

Price: $65 per day

Size: 8ft table space

Pricing & Booking Packages:

  • Minimum booking of 2 weeks required.

  • Book all 5 weeks to enjoy a 10% OFF full-run discount!

  • Note: Vendors who can host interactive workshops/DIY sessions will receive priority placement and exclusive special discounts on booth fees.

Reminder:

  • You must bring your own booth/table/chair/tent/tablecloth/displays and full setup. We do not have any to borrow / lend out.

  • Vendor fees must be paid upon acceptance, with full payment submitted via E-transfer by the specified deadline. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Vendors must only sell the products outlined in their application unless prior approval is obtained.

  • Vendors agree that the photos they submit or post on social media may be used to promote the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, insurance, and approvals required to sell product and / or provide sampling.

  • All vendors are required to have liability insurance covering the duration of the market including the set up and a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 liability either through your own insurance company or our preferred provider.

  • Vendors are fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage to all of their materials, equipment, and property

  • Vendors are required to remove all garbage, recycling, and packaging from site. Vendors may not leave it at their booth space or near waste stations onsite. Failure to take all garbage with you will result in future applications being denied.

  • We are not responsible or liable for any losses or damages incurred by vendors due to the market being unable to proceed normally caused by unforeseen circumstances or objective reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure).
