Nicole is a yoga teacher with 15 years on the mat and 10 years teaching, bodyworker, and AcroYoga enthusiast with over a decade of teaching experience. She leads Vinyasa, Yin x Massage, AcroYoga, and Yoga x Pilates fusion classes, blending movement, anatomy, and intuition to help students feel supported and strong. Plant-based. Pug mama. Cat lady.

Ana (Thursday Coach)

Anastasiia Kravchynska, E-RYT 500, YACEP, C-IAYT, is a dedicated yoga teacher and therapist committed to making yoga accessible to all. Her approach is rooted in inclusivity, safety, and quality, creating a supportive space for students to explore their bodies without pressure. She offers options for all levels and believes true growth in yoga comes from deepening your connection with yourself—not achieving the “perfect” pose.

Tuesday Class

6:30 pm Class: Yoga/Pilates Fusion

7:30 pm Class: Flow & Restore

A 45-minute class combining gentle movement and deep stretching. Start with a Hatha-inspired flow to ease tension, then transition into restorative poses for full-body relaxation. Perfect for when you want to move and unwind.

Thursday Class

6:30 pm Class: Gentle Hatha Flow

A soft, accessible 45-minute Hatha-inspired practice focused on clear cueing, breath, and alignment. Gentle transitions create a smooth flow that supports balance and presence. Ideal for all levels, with a calming rhythm and time for rest and stillness..

7:30 pm Class: Vinyasa Yoga

This dynamic 45-minute class links breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Explore poses like backbends and gentle inversions in an energizing yet calming flow—ideal for fit beginners and experienced yogis alike.
