About the Event

Taste the Bay is a curated outdoor food market set against the iconic backdrop of English Bay Beach — one of Vancouver's most beloved summer destinations.

Taking place one week before the FIFA World Cup kicks off in Vancouver, this event captures the city's peak energy, with international visitors already arriving and locals looking for unforgettable summer experiences. We are selectively inviting Vancouver's most exciting food concepts, including recognized restaurants, trending new openings, and creative Asian food brands loved by younger audiences.

Vendor Packages

Standard craft vendors, full Booth — $200; half $150

Standard Food Booth — $350 10×10 ft venue space + all media & promotion coverage above

Fantuan Partnership Options — $300 All of the above, plus dedicated pre-event KOL content shoots at your location, Fantuan platform exposure to 350,000+ users, and additional digital marketing support.

Reminder:

  • You must bring your own booth/table/chair/tent/tablecloth/displays and full setup. We do not have any to borrow / lend out.

  • Vendor fees must be paid upon acceptance, with full payment submitted via E-transfer by the specified deadline. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Vendors must only sell the products outlined in their application unless prior approval is obtained.

  • Vendors agree that the photos they submit or post on social media may be used to promote the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, insurance, and approvals required to sell product and / or provide sampling.

  • All vendors are required to have liability insurance covering the duration of the market including the set up and a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 liability either through your own insurance company or our preferred provider.

  • Vendors are fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage to all of their materials, equipment, and property

  • Vendors are required to remove all garbage, recycling, and packaging from site. Vendors may not leave it at their booth space or near waste stations onsite. Failure to take all garbage with you will result in future applications being denied.
