This market is open to all makers and small shops in various categories, including, but not limited to, jewelry, ceramics, paper goods, art, clothing, food + drink, bath and body, home goods, etc.

What’s happening at the market: Fun workshops, summer vibe, high foot traffic

Theme: Local Craft Market

Location: 1800 Davie Plaza

Time: 1 pm- 7:30 pm (The final schedule will be emailed before the market)

Dates: June 6th

Price: Full tent $200; Half-tent $150 (Half-tent vendors who bring their own tent receive $10 off)

*The price rise is due to the government application fee increase.( Apply after the March 27th market)

Reminder:

  • You must bring your own booth/table/chair/tent/tablecloth/displays and full setup. We do not have any to borrow / lend out.

  • Vendor fees must be paid upon acceptance, with full payment submitted via E-transfer by the specified deadline. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Vendors must only sell the products outlined in their application unless prior approval is obtained.

  • Vendors agree that the photos they submit or post on social media may be used to promote the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, insurance, and approvals required to sell product and / or provide sampling.

  • All vendors are required to have liability insurance covering the duration of the market including the set up and a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 liability either through your own insurance company or our preferred provider.

  • Vendors are fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage to all of their materials, equipment, and property

  • Vendors are required to remove all garbage, recycling, and packaging from site. Vendors may not leave it at their booth space or near waste stations onsite. Failure to take all garbage with you will result in future applications being denied.
