This INDOOR free event is open to the public of all ages.
Calling all flavor magicians and holiday snack pros! This market is food-forward — we’re mainly recruiting local food vendors (hot foods, baked goods, desserts, festive drinks, artisanal packaged goodies). We’ll also reserve a few select spots for craft vendors with giftable, holiday-ready pieces. 🔥🍩🥨☕️

Booth size: Your booth size will be 10x8 (the final size will be confirmed with vendors before the market. Please email us if you have any special requirements.)

Reminder:
You must bring your own booth/table/chair/tent/tablecloth/displays and full setup.
Vendor fees must be paid upon acceptance, with full payment submitted via E-transfer by the specified deadline. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Vendors must only sell the products outlined in their application unless prior approval is obtained.
Shared spaces are allowed, provided both businesses are approved. Each vendor must complete a separate application and indicate the business they plan to share the space with.
Vendors agree that the photos they submit or post on social media may be used to promote the event.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, insurance, and approvals required to sell product and / or provide sampling.
All vendors are required to have liability insurance covering the duration of the market including the set up and a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 liability either through your own insurance company or our preferred provider.
Vendors are fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage to all of their materials, equipment, and property
Vendors are required to remove all garbage, recycling, and packaging from the site. Vendors may not leave it at their booth space or near waste stations on-site. Failure to take all garbage with you will result in future applications being denied.
